The cover version of Ritt Momney’s ‘Put Your Records On’ orginally by Corinne Bailey Rae (2006) just hit like a bomb and I def can’t deny it – izzza vibe!
Looptroop Rockers is a hip hop group from Västerås, Sweden. The members are rappers Promoe (Mårten Edh), Supreme (Mathias Lundh-Isen), DJ/Producer Embee (Magnus Bergkvist) and CosM.I.C (Tommy Isacsson). On their fourth album, Good Things, the group changed its name from Looptroop to Looptroop Rockers, a name used unofficially for some years prior to the change.
They have been active from 1992 – today and this is def one of my fav tracks off their debut album!
recently I’ve been listening to ‘MACADELIC’ a lot and these two tracks by far my favs from this album – rest in peace mac 🙁
I don’t get a word of french but I’ve been a fan of La Base and the Tru Comers since the get go and Buds latets releases made clear once again – you can’t fuck with these guys from Switzerland!

BUSTA STILL GOT IT! ..I never had any doubts about that, but he showed us once against with his latest album ‘Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God’ how versatile he is.

George Fields latest strike ‘The World of a Tiny Insect’ is another masterpiece and perfectly to listen to from start to end. George just never disappoints. NEVER. period
T-SOW (part of La Base) dropped his solo debut ‘Pas d’ennemis comme l’eau‘ back in April 2020 and I kinda slept on it, but jeeeeeeeez.. this is another masterpiece. I don’t get a fuckin word, but you can feel the vibes and once again this Tru Comers production is just on point and a golden nugget for every hip-hop enthusiast,
I just can’t wait for Joey to drop his next album.. this shit gotta be out of this world considering all these KILLER SINGLES he dropped lately – this one is on Statik Selektah’s latest album ‘The Balancing Act’
